Our quality assurance


Our national expertise is founded on the long-standing career experience of our individual locally based Chartered Surveyors and their commitment to regular professional training and CPD. Typically, all our Chartered Surveyors have more than 15 years post qualification experience in their local area.


ESG have our own expert training/CPD programme, we also work with other training providers (for example Expert Witness Institute) and we hold RICS records of the total annual CPD training undertaken by our ESG Member Chartered Surveyors.

Reports ordered through ESG are audited prior to release. We provide specialist training in preparing cost schedules, managing the meeting of experts and giving oral evidence in Court.
